Kendra Cardoza was the author, photographer, recipe developer & creative voice behind Paleo Paparazzi from 2013-2020, a platform centered around healthier living emphasizing real food and whole30 recipes. In 2017 she slowly started to experience a spiritual awakening eventually leading her to shift her focus into energy healing completely. She describes herself now as an herbalist, Reiki master, kundalini yogi, Akashic records reader, and frequency alchemist. Her true passion is working with crystal alchemy sound bowls and her voice to channel light language for the collective.
